Justin is the quarterback of D4 and works directly with D4's large business client list while managing all production aspects of D4. Justin's attention to detail, can-do attitude is what keeps D4 moving.  You will not find a better guy to have on your team and we are grateful for his hard work, leadership, enthusiasm and contagious smile.  

Justin is married to his beautiful wife Lacey and they have two darling girls who are the center of his world.  He enjoys spending time with his family and driving his Hummer!

Chris Miller serves as the company's in-house graphic designer and brings over 20 years of sign making and graphic design experience to the company. Custom decals, auto and commercial fleet design, banners, custom sign building and complex graphics are all in Chris' wheel-house. Simply put, he's freaking brilliant and we love what he can create! Creative doesn't seem to do him justice and we are so pleased he has joined our team.

Chris and his wife have two daughters and they enjoy traveling.

Mike brings over 20 years experience to D4's sign shop and is a talented graphic designer and engineer.  There is nothing Mike can't do and his great attitude and hard work are appreciated by our customers.  He loves production and staying busy and cannot sit idle!  He completes our team and our customers love him because his work is impeccable and his attention to detail is superb.

Mike enjoys bird watching, sport shooting and spending time with his daughter.  

There really isn't anything Leeroy can't do here at D4. From sales, to customer service to special projects - LeeRoy is a jack of all trades. Leeroy works primarily in sales and special projects.

Leeroy is an Ocosta High School and WSU graduate with a degree in sport management. He enjoys coaching, playing sports, kayaking and spending time with friends.

Leeroy is currently the Varsity Baseball Coach at Ocosta High School.

Carter Jones overseas the Screen Printing division of D4 and runs both the manual and Roq Auto Press. Carter has impeccable attention to detail and there isn't a job he can't handle.

Carter enjoys the outdoors, horses and is a proud American!
